Everest panorama Trek is relatively easy and probably the most popular trek in the Everest region. There are no specific factors to deter anyone on this trekking route, although thte altitude will play its role. The altitude gain to Namche is the only substantial climb early on. The ascent to Tengboche is thte other major climb, but by then most trekkers are better acclimatized.
