Day 01 : |
Fly Kathmandu to Lhasa airport, where you
will be picked up by our tour guide and
driver, after driving 1 hour you will arrive
to Tsedang and spend rest of the day for
acclimatization. O/n in Tsedang hotel |
Day 02 : |
Drive 1hr Samye through the Yarlung
Tsangpo River, visiting Samye monastery. and
afternoon visit Yumbulakhang palace that is
the earliest Buddhist Temple in Tibet. And
visit Tradruk temple which is located 15
kilometers from the center of Tsedang. |
Day 03 : |
Tsedang – Lhasa, via Yarlong Tsangpo
River. Overnight Hotel |
Day 04-05 : |
Lhasa Sightseeing Tours: Visit the
great Potala Palace the residence of the
Dalai Lamas of Tibet; Norbulinka, the Summer
Palace; Drepung & Sera, two of the biggest
Buddhist monasteries of Tibet; the Jokhang
Temple, the holiest shirne in Tibet; and the
bustling Barkhor Tibetan Bazaar. Overnight
hotel. |
Day 06 : |
Lhasa - Gyantse (3650m / 260 Kms).
Drive to Gyantse passing besides the
beautiful Yamdrok Tsho (Turquoise Lake),
crossing the Kamba La pass ( 4794m) and Karo
La pass ( 5010m). O/n hotel. |
Day 07 : |
Gyantse - Shigatse (3900 / 90 Kms).
AM: Visit The Khumbhum Stupa & Phalkor
Monastery at Gyantse. Embark on a 1 hour
drive to Shigatse through Tibetan farmlands
and settlements. .
PM: Sight seeing Tour of The Tashilunpo
Monastery and the free Tibetan market. O/n

Day 08 : |
Xigatse – Shegar (3900m / 244 Kms).
via Sakya monastery, drive for approx 8hours
over to Gyatsola pass (5220m) Xegar. O/n
hotel in Xegar (Qomolangma) |
Day 09 : |
Xegar - Rongbuk Monastery (4920m.) -
100 Kms. it takes 2 hrs, and explore around
Everest base camp 3/4 hrs (5200m) Overnight
Hotel or Guesthouse. |

10 : |
Drive Tingri to Nyalam (3750m.) -
340 Kms. Drive downhill to Nyalam crossing
two spectacular passes - The Lalung La
(5082m.) & Nyalamu (3800m.) PASS. Overnight
Guest House. |
Day 11 : |
Zhamgu - Kathmandu (1200m.) - 150
Kms. Drive downhill to Zhangmu 30km and to
The Friendship Bridge where transportation
awaits for the Groups final journey to
Kathmandu. |
